- Siapkan 1 buah of kelapa muda, kerok dagingnya.

- Ini 700 ml of Air.

- Kamu perlu 1 bks of Sagu Mutiara Putih (boleh yg merah putih).
- Kamu perlu 1 L of Air.
- Kamu perlu 2 sdt of Pasta pandan.

- Agar Pandan : Masak semua bahan sampai mendidih. Tuang dalam loyang, tunggu sampai mengeras. Potong dadu, sisihkan.
- Mutiara Pandan : Didihkan Air, masukkan mutiara, masak 7 menit. Masukkan pasta pandan, matikan api. Tutup Rapat. Diamkan 30 menit. Masak lagi 12 menit. Buang air rebusan, bilas dg air matang agar tidak lengket..
- Campur Susu Evaporasi, SKM, dan Air kelapa Muda. Tambahkan 2 tetes Pasta pandan (sampai warna hijau muda).
- Masukkan Agar2, Mutiara dan daging kelapa muda (bisa ditambah dg nata de coco)..
- Simpan terlebih dahulu dalam kulkas sebelum disajikan.
